Refund and Returns Policy

Regular purchases (excluding custom design) all come with a 30-day return provided the piece has not been worn or altered/modified by anyone outside of Exclusively Brilliant and our design team.

If your piece was custom made and designed specifically for you, we can’t offer you a refund.

Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and received by us within 30 days from the day you received it, along with a receipt for proof of purchase.

Shipping Instructions

To return or exchange your product, you should ship your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping items for exchange, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your item.
