Refund and Returns Policy

Regular purchases (excluding custom design) all come with a 30-day return provided the piece has not been worn or altered/modified by anyone outside of Exclusively Brilliant and our design team. All certified diamonds must be returned with their original paperwork including diamond certificate.

If your piece was custom made and designed specifically for you, we can’t offer you a refund.

Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and received by us within 30 days from the original purchase date, along with a receipt for proof of purchase and diamond certificate(s) if applicable. If your diamond is certified and the certificate is not included in your return, there will be a $100-300 handling fee (depending on grading lab) applied before a refund is given. All refunds are subject to a quality control process including but not limited to; checking for any sizing and work done, verifying the diamonds/gemstones are the same as purchased and pieces do not show signs of wear.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for sending your item. Shipping costs for original purchase are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service & purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your item and this offers you protection in the shipping process.
